Mnemose — Migration & Delivery Record

Status: Phase 0 — Bootstrap

This is a greenfield application. There is no migration from a legacy monolith.

Phase Delivery Log

Phase 0 — Bootstrap (2026-05-07, in progress)

Scope: Proposal, ADR, submodule skeleton, package layouts, port interfaces, domain schemas, Zod baseline.

Deliverables:

  • docs/proposals/0025-mnemose-cloud-infra-management.md — stack decision and phased plan
  • docs/decisions/017-mnemose-architecture.md — durable architecture decisions
  • apps/mnemose/ submodule skeleton (all packages, services, and apps directories)
  • packages/domain/ — Zod schemas for commands, events, and core domain types
  • packages/cloud-adapters/ — port interfaces (no GCP SDK imports yet)
  • services/gateway/ — Hono + GraphQL Yoga + graphql-ws scaffold
  • packages/db/ — Drizzle schema, event store table, migration tooling

Not included in Phase 0:

  • Any GCP SDK imports (all cloud ports are stub/interface only)
  • Real IAM escalation flow (Phase 1)
  • Deployed infra (Phase 1+)

Phase 0 — Platform Core + Deploy (2026-05-23)

Scope: Declarative CoreManifest, gateway readiness surface, Fleet UI core panel, one-shot cloud deployment pipeline.

Deliverables:

  • packages/bootstrap/src/core-manifest.ts — CoreManifest, CoreKernelEntry, coreManifestForEnv(env)
  • packages/bootstrap/src/core-health.ts — pure assessCoreHealth(manifest, rows) function
  • Removed DEV_KERNEL_IDS from @mnemose/kernel-protocol — replaced with manifest references
  • Added BootstrapPlatformCoreCommand to @mnemose/domain commands union
  • Added PlatformCoreHealthChanged event to @mnemose/domain events union
  • services/gateway/src/schema/platform.ts — platformCore query + provisionPlatformCore mutation
  • apps/console/src/views/Fleet/PlatformCorePanel.tsx — Fleet readiness panel
  • infra/index.ts — full GCP topology rewrite (VPC, NAT, Cloud SQL Auth Proxy, Artifact Registry, four service accounts, Secret Manager, Cloud Run services + jobs)
  • Dockerfile.deployer + scripts/deployer-entrypoint.sh — self-contained Pulumi deploy image
  • install.sh — pipe-to-bash platform installer
  • scripts/platform-build.sh — service image build + push driver
  • Four service Dockerfiles (gateway, kernel-broker, agent, build-report)
  • docs/quickstart/ — eight-guide onramp series
  • Documentation refresh across docs/index.md, docs/architecture.md, docs/api.md, docs/contributing.md, docs/integration.md, and PROJECT.md

  • All straylight documentation conventions per docs/AGENT_GUIDE.md apply.
  • Commit format: (feat):, (fix):, (chore):, (doc):.
  • Phase 0 commits go directly to main; no PR flow until Phase 2.
